Davaar Island - Walk over the causeway and visit the painting of Christ on the cave wall.  You might be lucky to see a passing pod of Dolphins or watch the otters playing along the beach.

Mull of Kintyre Lighthouse

The Gauldrons - A delightful short walk to a secluded beach followed by luch in the Club Hut at Machrihanish

Tin Roof Diner - at Machrihanish Air Base.  Good food freshly prepared in an American styled diner,

Skipness Castle and Seafood Cabin - Superb scenery, a walk around Skipness Castle, a stroll along the beach to the Old graveyard of St Brendan's and then a delighful lunch at the Seafood Cabin.  A great place to sit out and sample seafood while looking over to Arran.  Also very dog friendly.

Tarbert - A lovely fishing village with a range of gift shops and cafes - the Red Door Cafe welcomes dogs too.  Visit Tarbert Castle, even take the ferry to Portavadie for the day and enjoy the swimming pools or even a spa.
