The double bedroom is conveniently situated on the ground floor.  Comfortable double bed with feather duvet and pillows, crisp white linen, fluffly towels and bathrobes.  Dressing table and mirror, tissues and hairdryer provided.  Central heating and double glazing.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals as well as space for you to dine in style.

The kitchen comprises fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker and hob.  There is a good selection of cooking utensils; casserole dishes, pots and pans, roasting tins, scales and foodsaving dishes.

Basics are also supplied - kitchen roll, cooking foil, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, serviettes, ice cube bags etc.  Tea, coffee,sugar and milk are supplied.  Torch and batteries and candles are also provided.

Light and airy twin bedded room on the first floor with small toilet and wash basin en suite.  Wonderful comfy beds with crisp white linen, feather duvets and fluffy towels.  Lovely views from the upstairs bedroom across the fields to the forests and hills beyond.  Wooden Floors, Central heating and double glazing.  A cooling fan is also provided for the warm summer evenings.

Open plan living area with kitchen diner allowing guests to enjoy a drink in front of the fire with the company while dinner is being prepared.  Log burning stove, DVD, books and games, radio with bluetooth speaker, Smart TV allowing you to bring your favourite films to watch on dark evenings.

Please note Wifi is not avialable in the cottage but can be accessed in nearby pubs and restaurants.

A fold away bed can be put up in the living room to allow for an additional guest.

Shower room with large shower, shower gel and shampoo provided. Wash hand basin and soap.   Heated towel rail. Large bathroom cupboard and mirrored wall unit.

You have your own private south facing garden with outside seating for you to enjoy.  The garden is laid to grass but there are pots of flowers to brighten it up along with pots of herbs and strawberries for you to use if you are lucky enough to be at the cottage during their seasons.  

The garden is fenced to ensure your dog is safe and secure.
